I love walking alongside others as they explore their past experiences!
IT ALL STARTED WHEN…
I had the opportunity to explore the world and see the pain and life reality of others. It was such cross-cultural experiences as a child and young adult that led me to study Social Work at the University of Oklahoma where I earned a Bachelors in Social Work. I completed my Masters in Social Work from Baylor University, where I specialized in Attachment Theory & Practice Interventions which focused on children and family relational dynamics. While at Baylor, I also had the opportunity to live in Uganda and receive hands-on experience working in an orphanage while I researched international adoption practices. Since graduating from Baylor, I have worked in several different areas including the non-profit space, private practice counseling, foster and adoption agencies, as well as speaking and training opportunities.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my heartbeat is to help others find healing: caring for people by understanding their pain and advocating for their restoration. I believe coaching is collaborative between me and my clients as we set appropriate expectations and goals to experience growth.
